The things worth reading before you pay for anything.
You choose how to send them
We do not send prepaid labels, so the carrier and the cover are yours to pick — only you know what your cards are worth insuring for. Your cards are your responsibility until they reach us.
Return postage
Charged once per parcel and paid when you submit, not at the end. The options depend on the service you pick, and you choose yours as you check out.
If we cannot grade a card
A card that is the wrong size, not genuine, or has been altered comes back ungraded. You are refunded what you paid for it less £5.00, which covers receiving it, examining it and posting it back — done whatever the verdict, so charged whatever the verdict.
You pay up front
Paying when you submit means no invoice to settle at the end, and no cards sitting on our shelf waiting for a payment to clear.
