Grading you can actually check
Most graders hand back a number in a sealed case and ask you to trust it. We hand back the evidence too. It matters most a year from now, when the card has changed hands and somebody questions the grade.
Photographed first
Proof it arrived that way.
We photograph your parcel and every card in it before anyone touches them. If a card shows up damaged, there is a picture proving it happened before we had it. That is your protection as much as ours.
Real measurements
Measured, not eyeballed.
We measure your borders in millimetres against a calibrated scale. The worst side sets the score, so a card cannot average its way to a centering it did not earn.
Two sets of eyes
Nobody signs off their own work.
Every card is reviewed by a second grader, and our system will not let anyone sign off their own work. Where the two disagree, we write it down.
Consistent grades
A 9 today is a 9 next year.
The rule that turns subgrades into a final grade is written down and printed on your report. Grades do not drift depending on who was working that day.
